- Aluminum can recycling - FORSYTHE AVENUE BEAUTIFICATIONPosted on: 2006-02-18Please possibly consider giving your aluminum cans to be recycled for FORSYTHE AVENUE BEAUTIFICATION(FAB) with all proceeds to go to beautification projects anywhere within the city limits of Monroe. FAB is always a major dollar supporter of the Garden District Neighborhood Alliance requests for monetary funding of its beautification projects and will continue to do so in the future. Your aluminum cans will help the beautification of the Garden District. The aluminum can only green Waste Management container is located on the northern corner of N. 19 Street in the Premier Plaza parking lot in Monroe. You can leave closed containers of aluminum cans next to the container as it is checked muliple times daily and the containers then put in the locked container. Or if you wish you can put the individual cans into the container on your own at the disposal entry opening on the side of the container. Spread the word.
